The Herb Garden.

Our herb garden is more than just a green addition – it’s a part of our kitchen, our daily routine, and our philosophy. Here we grow parsley, mint, chives, and basil, along with salad greens, edible flowers, and rare varieties you won’t find everywhere. Everything is carefully tended and harvested by hand, right before it reaches your plate. For our vegetarian dishes, the garden is a treasure trove – fresh, fragrant, and full of flavor. Even at breakfast, our herbs add little surprises: in scrambled eggs, tea, or simply on buttered bread. Guests are welcome to take a look – and maybe even have a taste.

Every Sunday, our garden in Val Fex becomes the stage for a vegetarian grill experience. Jazz Concerts in the Garden.

While the grills are glowing, gentle jazz melodies fill the garden and the valley. Every Sunday, changing musicians accompany our vegetarian grill feast with live music. The sounds blend with the aroma of herbs and wood smoke – creating a moment that lingers. Sometimes lively, sometimes mellow – always full of atmosphere.
