Terms
Last updated: October 2026
Dear guests, we look forward to welcoming you to Val Fex soon. The following conditions apply to your stay.
Reservation
As a rule, a room reservation becomes binding for both parties when you have signed your confirmation and returned it in time. You thereby enter into a binding contract with Hotel Chesa Pool. This also applies to reservations by email, through our website and through other internet platforms.
Arrival and departure
Your room is ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11 am. For a later departure we charge CHF 50.
Booking guarantee and payment
For bookings by phone or internet we may take your credit card details to guarantee the booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club as well as cash, Maestro and PostFinance Card. After the cancellation period has expired, the full amount is charged to the credit card. For non-refundable rooms, in high season and on public holidays we may charge the amount earlier.
Cancellation and no-show
- up to 45 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the package price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the package price
- from 14 days to 1 day before arrival, and in the event of a no-show: 100% of the package price
This also applies to early departure. Cancellations are handled in accordance with Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in rooms with wooden floors. We charge CHF 20 per night and dog, without food, with a bed, towel and water bowl. We may charge additionally for cleaning beyond the usual, such as dog hair on the bed linen.
Parking and shuttle
Val Fex is car-free. Our shuttle runs according to the timetable if you have registered your ride by email at least 24 hours in advance. Please park your car in the Sils car park; fees are listed on the website of the municipality of Sils.
Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Maloja. The German version of these terms is authoritative.
